Cage Conquest 3 - MMA Tournament

Best wishes to Jared, Josh, Joseph and Grant for the participation in the upcoming Cage Conquest 3 MMA Tournament at Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, Nowra, NSW on the 15 February 2014.

Josh will fight in the welterweight 170lbs category and will face Michael Moss

Jared will fight in the featherweight 145lbs category and will face Richard Kemp-Hay of Storm MMA

Jo will fight in the featherweight 145lbs category and will face Blake Donnelly of Barling Beach Fight Camp

Grant will fight in the Catchweight 163lbs category and will face Giuliano Tiburzi of Southern Martial Arts

KickStart program on full swing

The first KickStart program of 2014 is going at full swing - $70 for 12 sessions (2 classes a week for 6 weeks). The program focuses on basic BJJ and MMA drills, Brazilian jiu jitsu techniques and stand up Muay Thai techniques. The program helps to improves the level of fitness and to lose weight.

The idea of the program is to give a kick start to absolute beginners to get into BJJ, MMA and Muay Thai kickboxing training.
