The first KickStart program of 2014 is going at full swing - $70 for 12 sessions (2 classes a week for 6 weeks). The program focuses on basic BJJ and MMA drills, Brazilian jiu jitsu techniques and stand up Muay Thai techniques. The program helps to improves the level of fitness and to lose weight.
The idea of the program is to give a kick start to absolute beginners to get into BJJ, MMA and Muay Thai kickboxing training.
