KickStart Program for the New Year

Kickstart program is starting on 13th of January. The fee is $70 for two lessons a week for 6 weeks.

The kickstart program is a beginners' course open to males and females over the age of 15. It covers wide range of techniques from Stand up striking (kickboxing) to Ground fighting (Brazilian Jiu jitsu).
